We also generate plans for 1, 2, and 4 people so the quantities are always right for your household.

Our weekly sales flyers are sourced from store websites and weekly flyer aggregator sites including Flipp.com. We use national flyer data which means prices and availability may vary by location. Always verify prices at your local store before shopping. We are not affiliated with any grocery store chain.
Each meal plan includes links to real recipes from reputable cooking sites like AllRecipes, Food Network, Serious Eats, and others. These links are found via web search at the time of generation and are provided for convenience. We are not affiliated with any recipe site.
