BUDGET RATIONALE

Why these meals: Since you're feeding four at Giant, I built this vegetarian week around sale items that do double duty so nothing in the cart gets wasted. Broccoli Crowns show up Tuesday in the egg fried rice and again Thursday on the loaded baked potatoes, and Goya Canned Beans fill Monday's fajitas and Thursday's potatoes too. The two Daisy Sour Cream tubs ($5.00 for the pair) cover Monday and Thursday, and eggs anchor Tuesday's fried rice and Friday's omelet night.
