Meijer Kosher Meal Plan

BUDGET RATIONALE

Why these meals: This week's kosher meat plan takes you from crispy baked chicken drumsticks with roasted Angel Sweet tomatoes on Monday to zesty ground beef tacos on Tuesday, then eases into a comforting meatballs and marinara pasta night on Wednesday. Thursday brings a quick chicken tenderloin stir-fry with peppers and onions, perfect for a busy evening, and the week wraps up on Friday with a special pan-seared New York strip steak topped with caramelized Honeycrisp apples. Chicken drumsticks and chicken tenderloins each get their own spotlight on different nights, so you get variety without repeating the same cut twice. With the chicken drumsticks at just $2.58 and tomatoes doing double duty on Monday and Tuesday, this lineup stretches your sale finds while still delivering a satisfying, restaurant-worthy steak dinner to close out the week.
