Why these meals: Since Piggly Wiggly has so many good sale items this week, we built five vegetarian dinners for your family of four around cheese, potatoes and other easy staples. Monday starts with loaded baked potatoes, and the 10 lb bag of Green Giant Idaho Potatoes is only $2.99.
